Here’s the good news: you already have everything you need—you just need to learn how to use it. This retreat is about stepping outside your normal routine and learning to connect deeply with your body and breath. This is called **somatic healing**.
Somatic healing focuses on connecting the mind and body to process emotions, release trauma, and enhance self-awareness. This holistic approach can significantly aid in discovering your purpose by fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and uncovering layers of conditioning or unresolved emotional patterns that may cloud clarity.
During your time in Costa Rica, you’ll engage in practices that are simple, accessible to all, and rooted in functional movement and somatic healing. The land where you’ll be staying is wild, ancient, and unapologetically beautiful—an ideal setting to foster this work.
