Hi, I’m Kate — an Embodiment Coach, Somatic Guide, and Yoga Teacher.
My work blends functional movement, somatic healing, breathwork, meditation, and ancient wisdom traditions to help you understand your body, soothe your nervous system, and hear your intuition clearly.
I’ve spent years helping people heal physical and emotional patterns, build practices that regulate their energy, and make purposeful, aligned choices in every part of their lives.
